Installation and use of visible clothes hooks

I. Preparation Before Installation

1. Tools and Materials
   • Tools: Tape measure, pencil, electric drill/screwdriver
   • Materials: Surface-mounted coat hooks (choose materials according to load-bearing requirements, such as Zinc alloy Aluminum alloy), matching screws.
   • Installation Location Planning
     • Height: For adult use, it is recommended to install at a height of 1.5-1.8 meters from the ground; for children's areas, lower it to 1-1.2 meters.
     • Spacing: When installing multiple coat hooks side by side, the spacing is recommended to be 15-20 cm to avoid clothes blocking each other.
     • Wall Type: Prioritize brick walls or concrete walls (with strong load-bearing capacity). For plasterboard or wooden walls, use special anchors or backplates for reinforcement.

       II. Installation Steps

     • Marking and Positioning
       • Use a tape measure and pencil to mark the installation hole positions on the wall.
       • Drilling and Fixing
         • Concrete/Brick Wall: Use an electric drill to drill holes at the marked points, with a depth slightly longer than the length of the expansion screws. Insert the expansion tubes, then fix the coat hooks to the wall with screws.
         • Wooden/Plasterboard Wall: If the wall is thin, directly fix it with self-tapping screws; if high load-bearing is required, install a wooden backplate behind the wall or use hollow wall anchors (such as butterfly anchors or nylon expansion plugs).
       • Check Stability
         • Gently shake the coat hook after installation to confirm there is no looseness. If significant shaking occurs, readjust the screws or replace the anchors.
